Hey Fishies-
Have any of you listened to the new liberal AM network? I have caught bits and pieces of "The O'Franken Factor" and it cracked me up.
Any other takers?

Noooot yet. I've been meaning to set my radio to it. Do you know what station it's on or is it different for every locality?

Ribbon, Air America is only playing in a few cities right now. You can listen to it online: Air America

I am privledged I guess, to be married to a god of Liberalism, basically meaning that since this radio station started up it has been the only thing playing in our car.

So far I beleive it is only being AIRed in L.A./NY/San Fran./ and Chicago. So far I like it, although they really need some mega sponsors as you can only have so many non-profits buying up the AIR time.

Yea, it is on here in Chi-Town. I think that the interesting thing about it from my point of view is that while I agree with a lot of it, I'm struck by how much it SOUNDS like the Limbaugh-type shows. I mean, obviously the content is completely different, and it is just starting so maybe it will change, but it seems almost blindly angry at times. I understand that people are angry, hell I am very angry at this administration, but why fight fire with fire, you know? Al Franken is good at using humor to make points, but some of the others are not as seasoned. Grr...having problems expressing myself. Does anyone follow?
