Lizzie I am also from the U.K.
I have been recovering from Bulimia/Binge eating disorder for a couple of years.
I just got so frustrated today- as fast as I work through the emotions I find the ' mind games ' ( what I call the inner struggles ) come back. I have moved forward so much but am back to the daily battles- no one here really understands. So I was looking for somewhere to talk.
It looks really good on here and I don't feel so alone.
I guess I just get tired of being one person on the outside but this other person on the inside- if that makes sense- ******** years I have battled with this and I am tired.
