Hey :fishy 's!!!
Recently I've discovered a thing called

Power Yoga :yay

For those of you who aren't familiar with it: it's just like yoga but faster and more intense. The focus is on breath and on outline. I love it, it has really helped me become more in touch with me and my body. Also, since yoga is all about being open and cheerful, I am usually a lot happier when I return from one of my classes.
My advice is to just try it once, maybe it'll help you as much as it helped me!

Key Kira!:happy , I've never tried yoga before but everyone I know that's done yoga, loves it. I think that I might give it a try, body awareness is something that I really need to work on. How often do you do it??

Hey Sara,

I practice at home almost every day for like ******** min, and I go to class once or twice a week! I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I do :)
