Scripture for the anxious-minded

This is one I came across at camp and have since memorized. And I'm trying to type it anywhere I can so I won't forget it! :grin

Colossians three-fifteen, New Century Version.

"Let the peace that Christ gives control your thinking, because you were all called together in one body to have peace. Always be thankful."

Christ will give us peace if we let him. We don't have to be dominated by thoughts of food, weight, exercise, school, things to do, whatever. God's on our side.

I don't know where it is, but there is a scripture that says, "if thou art prepared, thou shall not have fear"

I like that one.
