i wrote this in regards to how everything keeps moving in my head, nothing pauses, i cant control it, it feels crazy, it feels like madness, but theyre just thoughts not insanity.

crazy isn’t a four letter word

crazy isn’t a four letter word
so it can’t be that,
but that’s what I feel like

crazy, crazy drifter

hitch hiker

road spinster

I’m not mad as a hatter
Or looney as a tuner
Nor am I insane
as the cuckoo’s nest

Cheap knocker, tip topper

If crying hearts are madness
If pouring tears are done for
If melancholy is, indeed, a river

Than here I am: eclectic
Me, the crazy girl
Me, the pathological liar
Me, the cleptomaniac

Call me more if living aching aches

Call me Lady Macbeth
Out, Out Damn Spot
Put me to the test
Tell me more, tell me more
Do I fancy a likeness of Ophelia
If crazy is as says so
Call me to my Hamlet
To be is not to be

For I am the craziest of them all
hurt gofer, thorn shifter, penny loafer

a sad, sad song
a dying tulip
an empty grave



lost within the stars of chaos
what am I if not a four letter word
not crazy, not mad, nor insane

I’m simply Sane.
