Just something I wrote - but it's not any good I'm afraid.

The Dreaded Mirror

She stares into the mirror
But she does not see
She cannot seem to focus
On the reflection that is there

Why is this?
Because she hates what she sees
So many feelings of loathe
She wishes that mirrors were non-existent
So that she could hide from herself

Every time she glances in a mirror
She is being taunted and mocked
By what is there
For she is no beauty
And that is the truth!
