I just love it so much. It is so good and pure and good for us in every way. It makes me apreciate and challenge myself, and it connects my body and mind. It is so glorious.....
I am getting better each day and I have cultivated my own practice now. It is rigorous and difficult but the rewards are amazing, and I enjoy it. It's not punnishing in any way, it's nurturing.

I've wanted to try yoga forever! I just can't find a class that fits in my schedule in my small town. :ugh However, I do tai chi :yay which has done good things for me as far as getting connected to my body. It isn't punishing either, and has great benefits. I'd still really, really like to try yoga though! It sounds wonderful! :stars

Yoga rocks!!! My old roomie teaches a class at our school. She's so awesome! It's like a great workout where you hardly break a sweat... How's this: relaxing and working out at the same time!? Heck yea, I'll take it!:supergrin

Oo, I had almost forgotten, I used to do tai chi years ago - I loved it, I found it so peaceful and energising. I don't really know why I stopped... hmm... might have to think about finding a class again.

Thanks for reminding me! :happy

I :love yoga ... I used to do it at the unit for about eight months ... but I stopped going because someone I was trying to avoid (cus they were too triggering for me) joined the group :shy I miss it ... but I still do bits at home, and if I start up a class again I reckon I'd do it outside of d/p.
