lost highway - i watched it... and it didn't make sense. so i watched it again. and i read a book about it. and i watched it again. now i love it. it's a psychogenic fugue!

cries & whispers - good for when you're in a sad, quiet, contemplative mood. it's sad, but so beautiful

a.i. - i get a lot of heckling for this, but it honestly made me cry when i watched it. made me so scared about losing people i loved.

la haine (the hate) - awesome french movie about race relations in the french projects. it just follows this group of friends around for a day and leads up to a conclusion that makes you question your species. excellent Hip Hop soundtrack that sounds really fresh in french
