Lawsuit Against Delta Airlines

Okay, so what do you all think about the woman from Florida who is suing Delta because when something in her luggage started vibrating they made her unpack the bag and show them what it was that was vibrating (turned out to be a sex toy). She is suing for public humiliation, sex discrimination, severe emotional distress, etc. Delta claims they did this as a safety precaution.

i haven't heard the whole story, but if her bag was vibrating, then i can understand her being made to unpack. she could have had something more dangerous in her bag.

I think Delta did what they had to do - there could have been awful consequences if they let suspicious items through. The lady's just out to make money. So many silly lawsuits! What a waste of everyone's time and money!

i hadnt heard this before but i think it is ridiculous. its her owen fault for not making sure it was off and not likely to get turned on great choice of words there helen!
