I got to meet President Bush!!!

Woo hoo!!!!!!!!!!! I am soooooo excited right now! I got to meet President Bush this morning!!!!!! I'm still in total shock because it all happened by accident. I was going to my morning class & all of the roads were blocked off, when I got to class, my professor told us to go check out what was happening at the Alys Steven's Centre & we did. The lady at the door said she had some extra tickets & we could have them!! I was like twenty feet from one of the greatest men in the world!!! How cool is that???? :)

He was giving some sort of speech on small business & economic standing in this country. And some stuff about a bill to balance the budget by ****************. That bill is suppose to be on his desk to be signed before Congress breaks in Aug. I don't know if it will happen or not...but it was still way cool!! He talked a bit about education reforms, money for education & standarized tests too. That part I understood since I am an education major!! I didn't vote for him, but I am glad that he is president now after all :) He certainly seems to be doing the job wonderfully to me!
