I haven't logged into SF for many months and when I did I posted so rarely that I am probably as good as new to you all. This board is a Godsend. There is a place for the other forums but it's so refreshing to find people who realize the body/mind/spirit connection. I will be checking in when I can to remind myself that I can recover ~ with God's help.
