self-esteem? im not exactly sure what it is because i dont really have that, but this new hobby makes me feel productive and better about myself.
if anyone is interested, i recently began restoring classic cars on the weekends. i used the medpay money (that i got from the accident i was in last year) to get started. ive always liked old cars, and personally wonder why people spend so much money on new cars (cause new cars suck!) :sarcasm
for fifteen hundred dollars i got a seventy-three dodge polara and a sixty-five barracuda!
here is a link if anyone wants to see them.

the cuda was sat in a ditch for ten years, but after tinkering with the engine a bit it RAN! its currently being rebuilt by my boyfriend, while im spending quite a bit of time scraping off the undercoating. i have taken the cuda completly apart, and it is currently hoisted on its side awaiting pressure washing and sandblasting.
i knew NOTHING about cars a few months ago, but have learnt a LOT! this fall i signed up for two classes: Brake Systems and Engine Fundamentals. this will hopefully give me some of that self esteem stuff ive been hearing about. :shy
if anyone actually visits it, *please* let me know if you can read the caption up top in green. my monitor is screwed up and i can only read it if i highlight it. :ugh
