What i've learned , is that whenever you feel down, sad, or even :happy, just close your eyes and feel that God is with you hugging you!! This is great!

That's a comforting thought! Sometimes I visualize myself kneeling at the feet of Jesus when I pray or "talk" to Him. Or that He is holding my right hand when I go through something difficult.
