tonight is not any easier then the last but thanks to you guys i have once again made it through my ususl b/p time wiht out giving in...
ok ..confession time...i did b/p today but i wanted to try to eat something during the day, as i normally don't, to see if it would make a difference but the guilt got me. it was so hard to even put the food into my mouth and then once it was there....well you know the rest...i was so ashamed but this scares me because i am part anna too which, for me, is like fighting two battles. just talking about it wears me out big time. its like trying to walk through quicksand. :ugh

sorry i meant for this to be all about the positive but thank you agian for the hugs..God knows i need them tonight!! you are truley an :angel
