I was with a friend yesterday and we got to talking about Susan Boyle and the incredible impact she made on the world a few months ago with her version of "I Dreamed a Dream." My friend said, "oh, she's bringing out a new album in a couple of months and there's already one song available to hear right now....." She clicked on Susan Boyle's website and played it. All I can say is, if you haven't heard it, take a few moments to experience this song. It is a gorgeous, gorgeous version of a song that the Rolling Stones did some years ago.

You can hear it on her website: http://www.susanboylemusic.com/music or you can also go to YouTube and find it there as well.

Enjoy!

I agree, that is a great interpretation of that song. I think with her renditions like this, it proves she is able to do so much more, than just redoing broadway hits, so she should be able to reach a bigger audience. It is haunting, I got goose bumps and chills the first time I heard it :touched

Back in April I was stunned by her singing of "I Dreamed a Dream," but when my friend played "Wild Horses" for me yesterday, I definitely literally had chills running up and down my spine, not to mention tears in my eyes. I still do, and I've played the song over and over.....

Yes, this woman definitely has a gift and it's really neat to see that now she's truly able to share it with the world..... I only hope that greed doesn't get in the way with regard to those promoting and helping her achieve her dreams.

Susan Boyle's new album, "I Dreamed a Dream," is scheduled for release on November twenty-fourth in the US, the day before in the UK and even earlier than that in Australia. The track listing was recently made public and it sounds as though this is going to be a very interesting, eclectic album. It is just so neat to see this remarkable singer's dreams finally coming true!
