Hey Fishies :sfishy :greenfish :pinkfishy

I have hit a massive roadblock in my recovery... I am desperate not to go backwards but feel like I'm slipping. :scared So I decided to be proactive and jumped into the :bowl :fishjump to suss out some self-help books. I'm particularly interested in anything based on CBT and wondering if anyone has used the book:

Overcoming Bulimia Workbook
by McCane, McFarlane & Olmsted

Any feedback or suggestions would be great!!!!

Thanks guys and best wishes for your recovery. ::gimmehug :gimmehug :gimmehug

I haven't used that workbook, but one that I would really really recommend is the Don't Diet - Live It! Workbook.

Bulimia:A Guide to Recovery By:Lindsey Hall
I used this workbook I found it extremely helpful. There are stories and the workbook in it. I liked it alot and I still go back to it from time to time when I need a little help.
