Does anyone know of any books that help someone else understand what you are going through or anything like that?
My boyfriend is getting more and more involved in my recovery (he's actually the one who started it and is my primary support :lubdub ) and he wants to read something that will help him to understand EDs and what I going through and how he can help.
So far what I've recommended to him is Wasted because a lot of what she was going through and felt, I did too. But it's more of an autobiography so I was wondering if you had any better suggestion?
Also, does anyone know of (work)books that involve the help of others? Like the ones in the fishytank where someone writes things they love about you and you have to react and respond to them.
