hi there. my name is brittany and this is my first time posting here. i don't know what i want or expect and i'm still trying to figure out how to work this board.

i've never been diagnosed with an ED because i don't see a therapist or a doctor. i've been struggling for about four years with 'disordered eating' but it started getting really bad within the last year. i mainly struggle with 'anorexic' tendencies.

this whole board is a little scary but once i figure it out and start reading more things maybe you'll hear from me more :happy

There are various boards to use. I would recommend the Anorexia board which you should find on the main page for your ED issues. But that is not what it is all about. Use the other boards to ask qns. that are bothering you that are only vaguely related to your ED - or any thing for that matter!
