so happy to have this board

ahhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!! :lubdub i was SO happy to see this on here today - i am not sure when it was added but i am SO happy to see it - this really is a blessing to see because i really think there is the need

i am ten weeks pregnant and very excited to be pregnant and nervous, fearful, happy, anxious, worried

its a new experience because this is my first pregnancy

i am popping out way early - which i think is awesome because it makes me proud that i am healthy and have a good place for the baby to grow and be strong

the hardest thing i am dealing with right now is clothes - ughhhh = my body being "out there" for people to comment on, my struggling relationship with my mom, and the list goes on

i am in OP and have been for a year now so it is good to have that support

i am just thrilled to see this board - i have to get off to work but i just wanted to post a little bit about me :gimmehug

i am SURE i will be on here ALOT - my hormones are RAGING right now and things are either good or NOT good lol

Pregnant, working AND going to OP :yay, totally in awe of how you are managing that. I remember talking with you in chat about ages ago and by the sounds of things you have come a long loooooonnnnnnnnng way. That is wonderful, well done to you :bowtie

I remember that when I popped out during my first pregnancy I felt proud in the way you described also. I wanted the world to know that I was a suitable place for a growing baby even though they may not have known what a struggle that was to acheive. The only thing that mattered was that I was the cleverest and proudest person on the face of the earth for what I was doing. You are the cleverest and deserve to be the proudest person now.

That clothes thing when you are starting to show and can't fit into your own favourites yet still swim around in maternity wear is frustrating. Since it is cold where you are at the moment, are you able to spend any time in trackies or other kinds of elastic waisted pants that are loosish? Do you have the Belly Belt over there? Not sure if that was an Aussie invention or not :ummm if not, I can try and explain how I made my own and so managed to wear my regular jeans for several months. You were beautiful before you fell pregant and pregnant = beautiful so now you must be absolutely gorgeously and glowingly and blindingly stunning:stars :rainbow :stars.

I have a **** month old little girl and I was also very proud when I popped out. I had bad days and good days when I was pregnant and sometimes I felt pretty bad when people commented my body. I tried to keep the baby in my mind and ignore all the comments. Be proud, having a baby is amazing.

so nice to hear from you - chat eh - its been quite some time then - i am touched that you remember - things are very different in my life right now - i have come a very long way i agree - behaviours are out but man the emotions and thoughts are tough to get rid of and deal with - thank you though, for the well done

i did buy some maternity clothes - my regular clothes - there was no way i could wear them - we do have bella bands - but i kind of had to skip that stage because i grew so quick so fast - its cute to grow so fast - i have just had a hard time with having my body out there for everyone else to comment on and look at

thank you for your comments about me being beautiful - thats sweet of you - although you have never seen me, i will still take the compliment - i feel good pregnant and proud - there is a lot going on though .....

thanks for the congrats - and to you - congrats on your little girl - thats beautiful ! i do try to ignore what people say and try to just focus on my baby and provinding him with happy vibes and good nutrition - its what i care about right now

this forum is awesome and i am VERY greatful that it has been added - it gives me a common place where i can voice what i am going through :supergrin
