You're welcome to come to my place and do as much cleaning as you want! :cheesy

My favorite way to relieve stress is to stretch out on my sofa, with my kitty :kitkat in my lap, and watch a DVD. A really good movie takes my mind off of everything else.

I love to:

:stars Clean and organise -- I'm staying at my sisters at the moment so the other day, I blitzed her kitchen top to toe -- sorted out kitchen cupboards, organising the spices alphabetically :ummm ..... leaving no stone unturned. Gives you a great sense of achievement to truly blitz something :yay.

:stars I like to go sit out in the garden and look at the sky

:stars Dancing in the rain :cheesy and not caring about getting soaked through -- it feels so freeing and like all your worries seep out of you

:stars Stargazing... if it's night time, going outside and gazing up at the sky -- it's amazing :cheesy

:kick Right now, exercising is fantastic for stress relief. I never thought I'd say that, but I love the alone time I get and I love feeling my body move and stretch. Whenever I come back home, I have more energy and less anxiety.

:kick Making a cup of tea and lighting a stick of incense. I love the steps in making a cup of tea, plus the incense feels like its cleansing the air. :bounce

Jennifer,

I definitely agree with the thunderstorms and rain -- yesterday we had incredibly heavy rain, and lots of loud thunder and bright lightning -- I love how dramatic lightning is when it lights up darkened skies. Very therapeutic to watch rain cascade down your windows :happy....although not so good when I was trying desperately to get to sleep last night but all I could hear was the loud thunk of torrential rain on the roof!!!
