I'll go first.

My name is Adrienne and I'm twenty-six years old. I've just moved to Harrisburg, PA and I am slowly learning my way around :supergrin.

For the past few years I have been actively pursuing a bachelors degree (even though I never really settled on a major until now). I am going to attend Penn State Harrisburg for the Spring semester and major in management.

I've been working in retail for the past eight years and I have been painfully climbing the ladder to management.

I am a strong woman who has a big :love for those around her. I am beautiful in my own way. I am good friend and a good listener.

My name is Minta, I'm sixteen years old, and I've lived in a little town in Mississippi for the past five years. I'm putting in my four years at the public high school, where I'll graduate year after next. After that, I'm probably headed to Columbia U to chase Psychology dreams...I also love to sing and hopefully being near NYC I'll be able to try and make a name for myself as an opera singer...I guess that sounds silly...Can you imagine Sarah Brightman on stage in a silk drs coat going WWHHHATTT IISSssss YOUUURR FEEELLLINg TTOOO-DAyyyyeeee!!!!!!!!

k, my name is jennifer (as if you didn't know :sarcasm) i'm nineteen years old, and am going to be a sophomore in college. i live in the lovely capitol of kentucky, and i attend campbellsville university (also in ky) i plan to major in social work, because i would like to be a therapist. right now, i've got a booorrring state job for the summer....so i'm looking forward to school starting again!

i'm a christian, and i'm really leaning on God at this point in my life! :happy

i like to write and one day, maybe i'll write for a magazine or write a book or something. :grin

i also love to play the piano...it helps me release my emotions sometimes. :sly

i'm a quiet person, and sort of a loner (although i do have a few close friends).

i haven't been much to the boards lately - i don't think anybody will remember me! ;)

alright, so here we go: my name is Lucy, i am from Austria and i celebrated my twentieth birthday last sunday - it was absolutely great :yay !
i study at the university of Innsbruck / Tyrol, and i've chosen politics and French. I absolutely love politics - concerning french, i am not really sure if it is the very right subject for me, but i don't mind as i notice that my language has already fairly improved :rainbow and that's what i wanted to reach.
well.... i like everything that has to do with languages and travelling!! besides, i love just lying in the sun (that's what i'm gonna do this afternoon as well :D) and sleeping.

i hope to be around more during the next weeks as i really do admire you :fishy s for the support you are able to give!!

Ok, so yeah, my name is lerian and i'm going to be a junior in college next year. Double Majoring in Psychology and Astrophysics. I play soccer for my college in atlanta. Uh...what else...I don't ever sleep, never have been able to and they can't find a medication to knock me out. I'll try anything once and I like to talk and listen to people who think before they speak. Last, but not least, I'm poor broke and desparately in need of more cash. :) guess that's it

sorry for replying belatedly to an "old" topic. but i read the thread and it sounded like fun, and i couldn't help wanting to jump in. :shy

i'm kony, and i'm nineteen years old. this fall i'll be starting my ****rd year at yale. i'm a philosophy major, and i :love it! i have enough credits to make this my senior year, but i'm enjoying college so much that i'm going to stay as long as i can.

at school, i play in a traditional korean drum troupe called Unity. it's wonderful. i also play piano for the campus Christian fellowship's worship team, and for my church's worship team. i love the piano. i'm trying to master beethoven's ****th concerto rite now for my daddy. :singing

i grew up in cali but i now live in oregon with my parents. my dad's a pastor, so i was raised in a very very christian environment, but God didn't really mean much to me until i hit rock bottom during freshman year in college. after having survived thru the tunnel of despair all alone, now i have hope in Christ, and i have a higher purpose in Him. :butterfly

i really love thinking and writing. i like to attack ideas and issues analytically and fight through logical obstacles to get to the core of truth. :idea there's almost nothing that excites me more than connecting intellectually with someone.

trying to learn to listen to my :love though, rather than just my head all the time. :ear
