Today, for the first time in a month or so, I had a binge episode...not a "typical" binge, but a binge nonetheless, :ugh :ugh :ugh
I am feeling :reallymad :reallymad :reallymad :mad :mad :mad :sad :sad :sad :sad :sad :sad :cry :cry :cry

All of this for WHAT????????
To quell an anxiety/stressed/overwhlemed/mind??????????????

And I didn't go to my Wed night class at the gym cause i was feeling stressed(another story) regarding the instructor. So then I was feeling more :mad and :sad because I felt guilty!

Just need hugs I guess.......

Recovery is hardly ever linear.. it's just a lapse and as long as you learn from it and move on then you are one step closer to full recovery.

Your disorder will try to convince you to torture yourself about it, or restrict to 'make up for it' but don't be having any of that. You've done really well so far, think about that instead and look at this as an opportunity to examine the finer aspects of recovery.
