I'm glad we're up and running again.

To me, spirituality is definitely helping me with my ED recovery. I wouldn't be where I am today without it :bounce !!

Although I know I should read with caution since I tend to be very engaged and excited in these questions...

I am glad there is a special forum for spirituality, because I think it is very important for recovery and for finding yourself, that you also know yourself in regard to sprituality - in whatever form it appears in every :fishy 's life.
