I was just watching television and they broke into regular program for this breaking news :mad.
Hazmat Incident Forces Evacuations At N.J. Elementary School
Students Evacuated From Facility

An apparent hazardous material incident at a South Jersey elementary school has closed voting polls there and forced an evacuation of students.

The incident happened at nine a.m. at Fleetwood Elementary School at two thirty one Fleetwood Ave in Mt Laurel, N.J., police say.

A witness at the scene said a person apparently entered the building, threw a white substance into the air and fled.

A hazardous material truck, several fire trucks and police cars were on the scene, and groups of children could be seen in the school's parking lot from aerial views from Chopper ten.

No injuries were reported at the scene.

No matter who a person is voting for, this is an outrage and a disgrace. I realize it's just (supposeduly at this time) one person who did this, but I'll be concerned until all the polling places close.

:reallymad :reallymad :reallymad and really :sad for which there is no icon. Concerned, angry, oooooo, really angry. There is just no good reason for this, and I do not care if the substance ends up being "harmless." It's already done a great deal of harm. It was my fear realized halloween incident with disregard for physical? (unknown at present time exact nature of substance but danger always present)/EMOTIONAL+political incident with disregard for freedom of all, etc. and here it is, terrorism at the polls with endangerment to all, even if the substance proves "harmless." Praying for safety for all. I join you in your concern and outrage, Ribbon. To say the very least it is a "disgrace," I think it is even more base than that. :reallymad

Take care of YOU.
