It's day fifty purge-free.
I just wanted to encourage everyone - don't give up! There have been so many times in the last twelve years that I thought I would never be able to quit. And now I'm feeling hope again. I'm not "cured" yet - I still have a long ways to go but at least I'm not purging or binging. I'm going to make it, right?

Thank you so much for the encouragement! It means a lot to me. Each week gets a tiny bit easier. Today is day fifty-one. I still focus a lot on weight, and restrict - but the purging seems to be behind me (I hope, I hope!!) I'm sleeping better and my depression is not as bad. Jump on the :bandwagon with me!
