I didn't know Kerry was a cancer survivor...

...but apparently he is (prostate cancer). He refers to it as a non-issue in the campaign though, since he is completely cancer-free, and his prospects of remaining so are pretty much as good as they can get.

If he gets elected he'll be the first cancer-survivor president. Just a tidbit I found interesting...most of you probably already knew. But for those who didn't, you learn something new every day, right?

I think it's good that they don't use that as a slant (albeit a pity one) for campainging.
